Continental Bank sued Ajayem Investors Corporation and brothers Aaron and Sheldon Modansky (collectively "the guarantors") for breach of contract after they failed to compensate Continental for loans they had guaranteed on behalf of four Ajayem lumber companies that filed for bankruptcy.
