Ignacio Garcia-Hernandez appeals his conviction on stipulated facts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, in violation of RCW 69.50.401(a). He challenges the trial court's denial of his motion to suppress evidence seized pursuant to a search of his apartment, on the basis that the police violated the "knock and announce" rule, codified in RCW 10.31.040. We affirm.
