The matter before the court is the amended application of the Debtor, Tinley Plaza Associates, L.P. ("Debtor"), to employ Jack Hassid and his law firm, Olshan, Grundman, Frome & Rosenzweig (collectively "Olshan"), as counsel for the debtor-in-possession.
