This appeal concerns whether Section 1322(a)(1) of the Bankruptcy Code, Title 11 United States Code § 1322(a)(1), authorizes bankruptcy courts to confirm Chapter 13 plans under which the debtor proposes to pay certain creditors directly, rather than through a Chapter 13 bankruptcy trustee.
