I. STATEMENT OF CASE

In this dissolution of marriage action, the respondent appellant husband, Richard H. Preston, charges that the trial court erred in its (1) failure to cancel the judgment against him arising from the temporary allowance of child support to the petitioner-appellee wife, Sue E.
