Larry Gilbert was convicted of committing lewd and lascivious acts upon girls named Amanda and Renee, in violation of subdivision (a) of Penal Code section 288, and of forcibly committing lewd and lascivious acts upon a girl named Donnie, in violation of subdivision (b) of the same section.
