Alicia Ramirez appeals from a take-nothing judgment the trial court rendered for Otis Elevator Company on the jury's verdict. Ramirez contends the trial court abused its discretion in failing: (1) to strike Otis's pleading as a discovery sanction; and (2) to grant a new trial because of the discovery of material evidence during the trial.
