Plaintiff, Four Strong Winds, Inc., instituted suit against defendant, Odd Lyngholm, on two promissory notes signed by defendant. The trial court concluded that plaintiff's bid at a public trustee's foreclosure sale of property that secured payment of a third note was unconscionably low. Hence, it deducted certain sums from the balance due on the two notes sued upon and entered judgment for plaintiff...
