Richard Harris, Executor of the Estate of Joyce Ann Harris, brought this products liability action against T.I., Inc., a terminated Virginia corporation (T.I.), formerly Truxmore Industries, Inc. (Truxmore Industries), and against Truxmore, Inc. (Truxmore), to recover damages for the alleged wrongful death of his decedent.
