Plaintiff-appellant Gonzalez appeals from the district court's dismissal of her complaint based on the pendency in the courts of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico of a lawsuit arising from the identical motor vehicle accident that gave rise to plaintiff's federal-court claim.
