Ordered that the judgment is modified, on the law and the facts, by reducing the amount of attorneys' fees awarded the plaintiff from $89,327.50 to $64,327.50; as so modified, the judgment is affirmed, without costs or disbursements, and the matter is remitted to the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, for entry of an appropriate amended judgment.
