In this asbestos action, Raymark Industries, Inc. (Raymark or the Company), appeals a judgment of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania granting Robert and Barbara Yohannon (the Yohannons) damages in the amount of $130,254.80, plus pre-judgment interest of $33,058.67, for asbestos-related injuries. The jury found that Mr. Yohannon's injuries were partly attributable to Raymark...
