Michael Lamon was indicted for violating 21 U.S.C. § 846 (conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute cocaine), 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) (possession with intent to distribute), and 18 U.S.C. § 924(c)(1) (use or possession of a firearm during and in relation to a drug trafficking crime).
