Appellant, Leslie Lynn Breeding, was charged and tried for violating Tex.Penal Code Ann. § 42.03 (Vernon 1974) which prevents unlawful obstruction of a highway or passageway. Appellant was convicted as charged, and punishment was assessed at six months probation and a $200.00 fine. From this judgment, appellant seeks review.
