FLAUM, Circuit Judge.

Walter Barnes pled guilty to one count of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute cocaine and to one count of distribution of cocaine. The district court sentenced Barnes to three years on the distribution count, but suspended the imposition of sentence on the conspiracy count.
