Robert Starks, Sr., brought this action against the George Court Company, Inc. (George Court), alleging that George Court unlawfully discriminated against him because of his race in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. After a two-day trial, the magistrate judge entered a judgment order requiring George Court to provide Mr. Starks with backpay and to reinstate Mr. Starks for the following work season.
