A jury in the Superior Court convicted the defendant of murder in the first degree of his brother, murder in the second degree of his girl friend, and unlawfully carrying a handgun. Represented by new counsel on appeal, the defendant argues that the prosecutor's closing argument gave rise to a substantial likelihood of a miscarriage of justice. We reject this contention.
