WILKINS, Circuit Judge:

Claireather M. Wilkins filed a claim for social security supplemental security income (SSI) benefits and disability insurance benefits (DIB). The administrative law judge (ALJ) found that she was disabled and awarded SSI benefits, but concluded that she was not entitled to DIB. The Appeals Council denied review. The district court held that the ALJ decision was supported by substantial evidence and a panel of this court affirmed...
