The plaintiff appeals from the summary judgment rendered for the defendants in each of two companion cases involving an appeal from the Probate Court. The first appeal from the Probate Court involves the denial of his petition to remove a coexecutor. The second appeal is from the Probate Court's removal of the plaintiff as coexecutor of the estate of Katherine B. Murphy.
