This matter comes before the Court to consider the motion of the plaintiff, Worthington Foods, Inc. ("Worthington") for a preliminary injunction, to enjoin the defendant, Kellogg Company ("Kellogg"), from selling its "Heartwise" cereal. Fed.R. Civ.P. 65.
