The defendant, Larry Camarillo, was charged by information with indecent liberties with an 11-year-old boy. The charge was brought under former RCW 9A.44.100(1)(b).1 The 1-count information was based on conduct which occurred over a 1-year period between June 4, 1981, and July 10, 1982.
