Lincoln House, Inc. ("Lincoln") brought this action under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, 18 U.S.C. § 1961, et seq. ("RICO") against Paul and Lauren Dupre in the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire.
