McEvoy Travel Bureau, Inc. brought a four count complaint under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, 18 U.S.C. §§ 1961-1968, against Heritage Travel, Inc., the President of Heritage, and Norton Company. The district court, 721 F.Supp. 15, granted the defendants' motions to dismiss for failure to state a claim. McEvoy appeals. We conclude that McEvoy's complaint fails...
