Samuel and Flora Wilson appeal this diversity case from the district court's1 orders granting International Paper Company's (IPC) motion for summary judgment and denying their motion to depose a former IPC employee. Because the district court's conclusion that Arkansas law does not permit a civil claim for spoliation of evidence was proper and its refusal to permit discovery was not an abuse of discretion, we affirm...
