Following a jury trial, defendant, William Ratcliff, has appealed from his conviction on two counts of robbery with use of a firearm (Pen. Code, §§ 211, 1192.7, subd. (c)(8), 12022.5)1 and one count of being an ex-felon in possession of a handgun (§ 12021), plus a true finding of a prior rape conviction (§ 667). Defendant was sentenced to an aggregate term of 11 years...
