Appellants Ann Flukinger, Birdie Hilsher Pech and Lorraine and Victor Krutilek filed suit to cancel a sand and gravel lease. Following a jury trial, the trial court awarded a take nothing judgment against them but awarded defendants damages on their counterclaims.
