Ronald Alan Mace appeals from the denial of his petition for post-conviction relief filed pursuant to Rule 20, A.R.Cr.P.Temp. He filed his petition on October 17, 1989, and the trial court denied it without a hearing on October 19, 1989, on the ground that it was a successive petition under Rule 20.2(b), which precluded consideration by the trial court.
