Roy Lee Leach appeals his convictions for conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine and conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine, 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1), 846. Finding that evidence concerning the guilty plea of the named coconspirator in the conspiracy-to-distribute count was placed before the jury improperly, we affirm the conviction and sentence for conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine and reverse the conviction for conspiracy...
