Appellant, Dorothy D'Aston, filed an appeal from a divorce decree entered by the trial court on December 15, 1988. Appellee, Bruno D'Aston ("Mr. D'Aston"), filed a Motion to Dismiss appellant's appeal on the grounds that she was currently in contempt of the trial court's order and had secreted herself, refusing to submit to the process of the district court.
