The Orleans Parish School Board contends that the district court erred in awarding attorney's fees to Associated Builders under the Civil Rights Attorney's Fees Awards Act of 1976, 42 U.S.C. § 1988 (1982). Alternatively, the school board argues that the court erred in failing to further reduce the fees as excessive.
