Martin Insurance Agency, Inc. ("Martin") appeals a district court order dismissing its action against the appellees, Prudential Reinsurance Co. and six New York Insurance Exchange syndicates. The appellees were reinsurers for the now insolvent Transit Casualty Company ("Transit") on a particular group insurance policy, and Martin brought this action against them for the reimbursement of claims Martin had paid out under that policy.
