PROCEDURAL HISTORY/ISSUE

On March 30, 1989, an Indictment was filed charging Harold Ray Hill (Hill) with two counts of aggravated assault in violation of SDCL 22-18-1.1(2) and SDCL 22-18-1.1(5). Hill was arraigned on April 14, 1989.
