Joel Roy Blackwood appeals his conviction and sentence for possession with intent to distribute over 188 grams of crack cocaine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). Blackwood challenges the district court's denial of his pretrial motion to suppress evidence seized allegedly in violation of the fourth amendment and assigns error to the admission of two pieces of evidence.
