A jury found the defendant, Henry G. "Boo" Robinson, guilty of murder in violation of General Statutes § 53a-54a1 and of conspiracy to commit murder in violation of General Statutes §§ 53a-48 (a)2 and 53a-54a. The trial court thereupon sentenced him to a term of imprisonment of twenty-five years to life on the murder conviction and ten to twenty years on the conspiracy conviction, to...
