A jury convicted defendant Jesse James Andrews of three counts of first degree murder (Pen. Code, § 187),1 one count of robbery (§ 211), one count of rape (former § 261, subds. 2, 3), and one count of sodomy by foreign object (§ 289). The jury found that he had used a firearm in the commission of each offense. (§ 12022.5.) As to each murder, the jury found true...
