Dominic Santini, Lynn O'Brien, Ralph Rios, and Randy Parmeter appeal their convictions for unlawfully possessing marijuana with intent to distribute it (Counts I and II). Santini also appeals his conviction for using a social security number not assigned to him (Count III).
