Guy Grider brought this action for damages allegedly resulting from violations of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, 18 U.S.C. §§ 1961-1968 (1982) (RICO). The district court granted defendants' motion to dismiss for failure to state a claim, concluding that Grider had not alleged the requisite injury under the substantive RICO provisions...
