PER CURIAM:

This is an appeal from an order of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia (1) granting the motion of appellee, Paine, Webber, Jackson & Curtis, Inc. ("PaineWebber") to confirm an arbitral award procured by PaineWebber against appellant, Thomas P. Cullen, and (2) entering final judgment on that award. Finding no error in the judgment of the district court, we affirm.
