MEMORANDUM OPINION

DUPLANTIER, District Judge.

The plaintiffs, Overton A. Currie and Lavona S. Currie, bought several paintings from defendants Kurt E. Schon and Kurt E. Schon, E.A.I., Ltd. (collectively "Schon") on March 3, 1977, and on August 23, 1978. Subsequently, plaintiffs became dissatisfied with their purchases and filed suit against Schon on October 17, 1988. Plaintiffs allege that they were induced to purchase the paintings by Schon's misrepresentations...
