Josephine Gagne (Gagne) has appealed from the decision of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, granting summary judgment in favor of the Northwestern National Life Insurance Company (Northwestern) in this action commenced by Gagne alleging that she was terminated from her employment with Northwestern because of her age in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq....
