("Wall Street Reports") appeal from a judgment entered by the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, Charles M. Metzner, Judge, holding them liable for the loss of furniture and other furnishings from a rented home in Bedford, New York, and awarding L. Metcalfe Walling, the homeowner, damages in the amount of $45,837 plus interest.<...
