Plaintiffs Ocelot Oil Corporation and Oil Resources, Inc. (Ocelot) appeal from a district court decision overruling objections to a magistrate's order that struck Ocelot's pleadings as to defendants Bonnie Brown and Larry Brown and imposed attorney's fees on Ocelot, as Rule 37 sanctions for abuse of the discovery process. We affirm as to the attorney's fees, but we reverse and remand as to the striking of the pleadings because the district...
