MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER ON INJUNCTIVE RELIEF

This matter is before the court on plaintiff's complaint for injunctive relief. This suit for trademark, copyright, and trade dress infringement is brought under the Lanham Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1114, et seq, and the copyright statutes, 17 U.S.C. § 101 et seq. See 15 U.S.C. § 1121, 28 U.S.C. §§ 1331 and 1338.1
