Plaintiff appeals the district court's decision to dismiss, with prejudice, plaintiff's employment discrimination suit against her former employer. Our review of the record indicates to us that the district court may have imposed the sanction of dismissal solely because of the inconvenience plaintiff caused when she was not ready to proceed to trial on her trial date.
