The appellant, Daniel LoConte, appeals from the district court's denial of his petition for habeas corpus relief pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254. On June 27, 1975, he pled guilty to and was convicted of the offense of first degree murder, and was sentenced to life in prison subject to Florida's minimum mandatory twenty-five year prison term.
