This is an appeal from a summary judgment. Suit was brought by Amiya Kumar Goswami to set aside a foreclosure sale and to recover damages for wrongful foreclosure and quantum meruit. The trial court rendered summary judgment in favor of Metropolitan Savings and Loan Association. The court of appeals affirmed the judgment of the trial court. 713 S.W.2d 127.
