Listenbee appeals from the district court's judgment affirming the Secretary's determination that Listenbee is not disabled and therefore not entitled to either disability insurance benefits or widower's insurance benefits. For the following reasons, we remand to the Secretary with instructions to evaluate the medical evidence as it pertains to the criteria outlined in Subsection 4.04(B) to determine whether that evidence establishes an impairment...
