The successor in interest of ADS, Uni-Com Northwest Ltd. (Uni-Com), appeals and Murray Publishing Company (MPC) cross-appeals from a judgment in favor of Uni-Com for $144,406.40. Uni-Com contends MPC is liable for the unpaid purchase price...
