Steven Raymond Phillips, appellant, pled guilty to the offense of leaving the scene of an accident involving personal injury. Appellant was placed on three years' probation and ordered to pay restitution of $6,130.65 to the accident victim. Appellant appealed and sought to have the restitution order vacated.
