WISEMAN, Chief Judge.

The issues for decision are the Magistrate's recommendations, upon defendants' motion for summary judgment, that the Court dismiss plaintiffs' claims as barred (1) by the statutes of limitations, and (2) by the terms of a release agreement concluded in 1981 between the plaintiffs and Judy's Foods, Inc.
